Abstract

Mathematics learning in elementary schools has many obstacles, this is caused by the condition of students who
lack motivation to learn, difficulty concentrating while studying while teachers are faced with an educational
curriculum that demands various student competencies in mathematics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the use
of connected integrated learning models to improve students' understanding of FPB and KPK so that students can
improve their performance in order to obtain values above 65 and increase the percentage of success of FPB and KPK
learning in Mathematics in the fifth grade. This research was conducted in the fifth grade of SDN 1 Babakan,
Parungkuda sub-district, Sukabumi district. The research design used is descriptive exploratory research with a
quantitative approach based on data from observations, interviews and written tests. The learning model used to solve
is the connected learning integrated model. The connected model connects one concept with another concept, one topic with another topic, one skill with other skills, even ideas learned in one semester with ideas that will be studied in the next semester in one subject. The results of the study number of students who scored above 65 in the pre-cycle as many as 18 people, with the use of connected models in the first cycle increased by 26 people and in the second cycle as many as 31 people. The success rate of mastering learning material at the pre cycle was 58.06% after making improvements, the success rate of learning in the first cycle increased by 83.87% and in the second cycle by 100%.
