Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of value education in physical education. During this time impressed
dry physical education of value. The students of physical education teachers in elementary school is a candidate for
physical education teachers in Elementary School who must be equipped with social values of piety because they are
prospective teachers who will directly transform the value to the students in Elementary School. This supply is given
through the second learning and activities of rhythmic gymnastics courses. This study aims to reveal the values of social
piety on the second learning and activities of rhythmic gymnastics courses. The approach and research method used is
descriptive qualitative. The data were collected using observation and questionnaire guidelines. Based on the data
analysis, the results obtained that 1) the second learning and activities of rhythmic gymnastics courses has applied the
values of social piety with excellent, the values are: The value of discipline, religious responsibility, sportsmanship,
mutual respect, honesty, hard work, creative, togetherness, communicative/friendly, the value is not easily give up, and
the value of independence. 2) The performance of lecturers on the second learning and activities of rhythmic
gymnastics courses is good, 3) The success of the second learning and activities of rhythmic gymnastics courses which
has the value of social piety has implications on the occurrence of the process of physical education in elementary
school that has value and produces the studens of elementary school who have the value of social piety.
